Journal is done, I finally got it formatted to be much better.
Thanks to =kuschelirmel-stock for the CSS and ~Kip0130 for the individual gallery CSSNews:
As you may have seen, I have a few new fractals I've done lately, thanks to some forced Apophysis sessions and finally (!!) some creativity.
They really aren't anything special, just some interesting designs. Hopefully I will be able to gain the grasp of plug-ins, the xaos tabs, and just how to incorporate them with some interesting designs that aren't exactly the norm.
In other news, yes, #Apophysis
is back. We are working on a few new things like a collections gallery and policy, some streamlining of the resources, and more features in journals or news. As for the chat room, we're working on changing the policy and hopefully that, in combination with some more events, will help get some people back in there.
If you have any suggestions about what you would like to see done in the chat room, just let me know via a note and I'll see what I can do. I'm not really sure of all the reasons why it is usually dead, but, I'd like to know what I can do to make it a better place to chat on dA.
Edit: Oh, and funny little factoid - I thought I had been working with Apophysis since March of 2005, but actually, I just figured out today I have been using Apo since September of 2004!
