Architectural

The links of our spires,
A structure so unforeseen.
We cross these paths as one,
United in our strife.
Our odyssey:
On the path to the unknown,
A bigger, better world.

A division of the masses,
A canyon of hate,
Racism,
Sexism,
Commercialism.

The path is clear.
United in our strife.
Blinded by our own cynicism.
The great divide of humanity;
Uncrossed.
The other side awaits,
But when,
Where,
How?
What will bridge the divide,
And halt our own jingoism?

I was hoping to make a print out of this one, but I accidentally rendered a different one instead (which will be posted soon).

P.S. I'm pretty sure some of the diction in the poetry isn't flawless, but I went for relative meaning in a more alluring sense, rather than a flat and boring format.
